Primary Flight Instructor Jobs
Looking for Flight Instructor Jobs? STP Flight’s Primary Flight Instructors receive students actively from STP Flight. Established instructors can fly anywhere from 80-140 hours per month. Primary Flight Instructor positions are based on senority and performance of instructor. We recommend getting on our CFI roster as a Secondary Flight Instructor asap. This way you have your senority slot and are able to use STP Flight’s facilities in the mean time. When the call comes for a primary CFI position you can accept or pass (if you’ve found another gig).

Secondary Flight Instructor Jobs
Looking for Flight Instructor Jobs? Secondary Flight Instructors do not receive students actively from STP Flight Co. Instead, these CFI’s bring their own students and are able to use STP Flight Co’s aircraft and facilities. This unique situation allows flight instructors to remain on US Flight Co’s CFI roster while waiting to fill a primary flight instructor position (STP Flight Co feeds students to you). This is a cost-effective way to build hours while keeping your opportunities open.
